A series of suicides happen. Detective Chi and Kiki don't think they are coincidences. They find out that all the dead persons did click to a "Death net", at which many visitors express their suicidal tendencies to a web master. Kiki pretends to be a visitor and sets up to arrest the web master. However, the operation fails and Kiki is killed. Chi swears to get the mysterious murder out...
